Chances are that those spikes aren't part of the hair at all, but a separate object to wear.

So you'd rather be looking for combed back long hair (Exile, no.match...) and some spikey add-ons. Perhaps start browsing the merchants regularily participating in WeLoveRoleplay.

It's a bit hard for me to tell from that picture, but the hair might be from Action Inkubator. They will certainly have something very similar if not.
