How do I know how many prims I am authorized?

I want to get a skybox, how do I find out if I have enough prims available?

If you are buying land, most land is set at the default rate where you get approx 117 prims per each 512sqm.

If you are renting, it can vary depending on how the landowner chooses to run things and they will always quote you your prim allowance.

What size parcel you own/rent that will basically determine prim amounts

512sqm = 117

1024sqm = 234

etc.

Be careful if you have a small parcel and buy a skyloft that has many prims - you will not be able to furnish if you use all for the loft itself.  

Another consideration must be given to the 'shape' of the parcel - make sure your skyloft fits inside your land parameters and does not overlap your neighbor.

Everything your purchase to rezz usually shows how many prims there are, so the skybox vendor should state how many prims it will take up, and probably will say if it is suitable for a 512m footprint, 1024m footprint, or bigger.

• On the first tab is the area (sqm) of that parcel of land
• On the Objects tab are the total prims allowed and the current prims rezzed.
