Help identifying head/skin

Hello all, does anyone know what this head and and skins are?

Seems Catwa, but not sure.

Been a while after this.

Would appreciate a lot your help.

I agree with Manoji, it might be Eva, might also be Margeaux. I demoed both when I was searching for mine and settled on Margeaux in the end, though I have my lips thinner than that. They have another 'strong'-type head that I can't remember the name of now, maybe Teri or something like that? 

Identifying the skin is all but impossible though, because we don't know if the makeup and eyebrows are separate or not.

Don't forget that the person in the pic may have spent several hours modifying the shape.

Now someone told me it could be Lelutka.

It's difficult to copy someone else's exact look even if you know which head and skin they're using. As Maitimo said, they may have spent hours perfecting the shape to get the look they wanted.  Even using a shape that came with the head or skin, it would be near impossible to duplicate if they have worked on it.
