Looking for a builder

We need a builder to builder to build us an office with a way for people to access our website from the office and information boards for our notecards. We have not got land yet as we don't know how much we will need so need advice on that too, Have about $300 RL to spend on this per month and will need extra things adding regularly so we need someone who will work with us on a regular basis not just a one off. We can pay you by the job or a regular wage to do whatever we need when we need it. The first payment will be by the job to see what you can do. We are looking for something original, we have graphic designers that can do the graphics in PNG or JPEG for you for our logo's and board pictures, we will pay for textures and scripts, whatever is needed, we just need someone reliable that's not going to bug out when we ask them to do something.

Did you check MP scripts? I mean setting up a board with a link and NC giver is rather simple task and I`d hate to see you spend more than you should on this...This store offers various business scripts, maybe check it out before hiring anyone, ofc you can look elsewhere, this was just a suggestion...Regarding the actual office, why not buy a building/skybox? Price for architecture has never been lower than now, I mean you could have all this set up for 20bucks and an hour of your time (not incl rent)..

I always rented space (for my home/work studio) from  Azure, very professional + fair price for space vs prim count ratio...however if you want/need traffic, then I suggest to check commercial sims with stores and such (check SL adds groups on flickr)

Unless you want custom mesh/scripts etc...
