no voice on one account but voice on the other

hello i was curious if there is  a way to fix a voice issue i have been having sense yesterday 9-20-2020 the day before my voice was fine starting yesterday it was not working i  tried to  tweak it in firewall settings i made sure all of my audio settings were correct i know my setup works because i can talk in discord just fine. this   is only affecting one of my accounts my main one has no voice  no matter what region i go to and my alt has voice and i use two different viewers.. i have gone as far as to reinstall windows 10 and i only an one viewer at a time not both at this point i am unsure what to do or what it is i don't know if its an account  only issue or what it is
