EnaYuu Posted September 21, 2020 Posted September 21, 2020 hi, not new to SL but new to forum so sorry if its the wrong place. I'm looking for a sandbox that is: 1.Non-Premium 2.Full Sim 3. As little traffic as possible as I am deeply afraid of humans 4. Not connected to any other sims (I have a space sphere that spans 4 sims and I don't want it to interfere with other sims) 5 Allows massive objects (I have some entire sim objects I need to rezz in the sky, at least 2,000 prims available) 6. No less than 2 hour auto return, need time to take pictures of all the objects These exist, but usually have tons of people and I am too afraid of people to go to them. Thanks.

Pretty sure if there is a sandbox fitting all your criteria, it's never going to be empty of other residents. Try flying up to a level with no other residents using the space

You don't need to be afraid of people in second Life, that's why you have a mute button. 1

Or adjust your projects to sizes that are fitting. Edited September 21, 2020 by Alwin Alcott
Nick0678 Posted September 21, 2020 Posted September 21, 2020 If you don't mind paying a L$250 group join fee in order to do your job you can use this. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Armonya/128/112/22 1

Lindal Kidd Posted September 21, 2020 Posted September 21, 2020 I think that if you rez a four-region-spanning sphere in any monitored sandbox you are going to be persona non grata.

The sphere spans where surrounding regions would go. my big sphere actually takes up 9 region spots.. it's more like good for sim surround than anything.. Here is mine when I had it out.. They actually look pretty wild from the inside..hehehehe
Rowan Amore Posted September 21, 2020 Posted September 21, 2020 Please don't rez anything that big near me. Thank you.

I live with my parents, I haven't left the house or even been outside in over a year. I haven't seen a doctor in even longer than that. 1 1

A lot of sims used them to to add atmosphere as well as make their sims look much larger than they were.. You could have huge mountain ranges or skyscrapers surrounding your city..all kinds of neat things.. You just don't want any connecting sims in any direction.. Mine I had it way in the air above my sim, which gave me my sim atmosphere down below and what felt like a whole other much larger sim up in the air.. As long as they are non physical, you can't tell the difference if they are rezzed or not rezzed..

I've just had people rez huge monstrosities near me on my mainland parcel and it dragged region performance down. I've had sim surrounds before when I had a homestead and I do like the effect they have.

Also I got my terms wrong before..I meant Phantom not physical.. I've had friends rez a big ole prim over my whole sim as phantom, then turn it off..hehehehe it locks you down and starts pushing you to the closest wall out..sometimes that's up,sometimes down.. hehehehe
