How to give separate parcel full rights?

Hello, I tried to looking for this information but couldn't find it anywhere.. maybe someone can point me the right direction.

 

I'd like to know if I rent a sim under a rental covenant and subdivide the parcel,  am I able to:

 

1. Make them the parcel owner at the About Land > Owner

2. Give them full rights 

 

I want to do this by maintain me as the rental owner of the full sim.

Depends on the real estate company. Some allow sub dividing parcels, others don't. If you rent the entire sim, most likely this is a yes, but again talk to your real estate.

to 1 ; no
to 2 ; yes partly if the owner allows, for the main functions by using groups. Some, as reselling are of course blocked.

Actually, I've bought (rented) land on private estates that allow subdividing parcels and re-selling them. Of course your name is still on the rental box for the full parcel

The covenant warns people not to buy a parcel if it is being sold by anyone other than the estate owner.

So, yes, I could subdivide a parcel, sell it to a friend and they would have all the rights and powers I had over the whole undivided parcel.

Here is an example from an estate I rented from all the time.
