Where do I find it? and wouldnt the 'having a baby' part have to be consentual? Sex is one thing, getting pregger in SL is not what Im looking for... thx...

Fear not, you cannot get pregnant in Second Life without consent. It is all roleplay only. 

And as stated in a prevous post, someone has tested a marketing tool on you by suggesting you need an after-sex pill.

You can research the subject of pregnancy in Second Life further, by making use of the in-world Search facility. Look for keywords such as "pregnant", "baby", "family".

There is absolutely no way to get "pregnant" in SL unless you attach the "pregnancy" yourself.  Don't worry about it.
