Looking for a scriptor

Hello, I want to hire a scriptor to help me generally improve my sims with tools.

- scripting a custom security for rentals 

- scripting prim count devices

- Help setting up a bot, preferably Radegast.

- Scripting that connects to info inside Casperlet, like for example list also subtenants, sending messages about rentals ending to prims etc.

- Reading hovertexts

- sending information from one prim to the next gridwide.

- RLV radar
