Look at the Transaction History and the Account Summary in your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Account to see exactly what you paid and what you should have received in return.  If those reports don't seem correct to you, contact the Linden Lab billing office. The billing team is available from 6am to 3pm PST, Monday through Friday.

No, you cannot.  These are resident-to-resident forums.  Lindens sometimes read what we say but they rarely say anything and they will NEVER deal with a personal question.  That would create a violation of personal privacy.  

So, I can only suggest two things:  One possibility is to use Skype to call the Business Office and ask a friend to translate for you.  The other possibility is to write out your problem in as much detail as you can, and use Google Translate to create a message in English if you need to.  Then submit a Support Case.

Does VAT apply to this account and would it show as a separate transaction?

US$ 16 worth of VAT would be pretty excessive for that little amount of L$...

Does the extra charging on your CC account say anything along the lines of "cash advances"? Or what details does it mention at all?

In future, by the way, you should definitely avoid buying little L$ amounts on their own. You are always hit with the extra transaction fee of US$ 1.49 for each purchase. Rather try to figure out a budget which you need per week or per month and buy larger sums at once.

Not sure if she talked about VAT. I think  she paid around 16 USD in total, whats not that much off from the current price when buying 2650+300 LindenDollars.

thats not how i read it, but in translations it can make it  confusing what's really happening

Instead of using Live Chat, you can submit a written Support Case by clicking Help/Support/Create Case from your Dashboard page.  Include the data from your $L Order History, your Account Details, and any information provided by your credit card company.

Em vez de usar o chat ao vivo, você pode enviar um caso de suporte por escrito clicando em Ajuda / Suporte / Criar caso na página do painel. Inclua os dados do seu Histórico de pedidos $ L, os detalhes da sua conta e quaisquer informações fornecidas pela administradora do cartão de crédito.
