head problem when I speak in voice on Firestorm

since 09/08/2020 I have a head problem that it either with a catwa head, or with the head of an avatar from Jomo when I speak in voice

my voice is distorted and I would really like some help so that I can continue to speak in voice with my friends without being distorted thank you for your help
