How make to make a mesh bento head with bom?

I been trying learn how do skins, make clothes, n build stuff. Now im trying fig out how make a head and body. How does one go about doing this? I seen some use a mesh deformer but thats all im finding.

You would need to learn how to make mesh items in Blender (or something similar) and you'd also need to learn how to rig it to the base skeleton. Years of learning and expertise, before you'd be able to make a usable mesh head. You would also need to learn scripting skills to make huds for them.

This is why everyone who wants a mesh head and body just buys them rather than making their own.
