Moderate Sim but Adult Content?

So i am on a mainland sim (or my parcels are) and one of the neighbors has pornographic items in plain view basically.
I've sent a report in but if it's INCOMPLETE or broken (aka: the land between my family's and my neighbor's is NOT the neighbor's - so you can see the items but if you send a report it's not on the right parcel) - they won't process it? 

I'm assuming just ignore it and move along? XD

Its extremely embarrassing to be trying to conduct a business with a lewd pinball machine staring at you through the window and making all sorts of noises that aren't parcel contained. I't would be one thing if it was just with a bunch of houses around, awkward but whatever, it's residential. But trying to run a business and having to hear moans at random hours is infuriating. I own the parcel across from them and it's pointed right at the windows. it's not that we mind them having it, it's that its in a spot that showcases it to EVERYONE who enters that section of the sim.

The statement above is ltierally because we have reported it, we all own a businiess area near the parcel in question and it was simply asking how to handle it and a bunch of people said don't report it because we'r ebeing prudes that's all... 
I never told Eliza to come in and agree with me i never said for her to comment - she boguht a parcel off me that's diagonal from there and you can clearly see everything.

You should be crying over the fact that linden labs lets AFK clubs and other types of adult clubs on the main land forcing people to move out of them just to have a home and the things they want in them. You can only blame the clubs pushing people out. I for one do not have porn out in my home. But I will not stand for someone to tell me I can have NSFW items any where in a parcel marked mature and or adult. Grow up ever time you walk into a store your hit with the dirty mags at some point its the risk you take ever day in the real world.

As per the community guidelines for what is allowed in a moderate sim, you cannot have any adult content seen from a building. It must be hidden from view. In a moderate sim you can be nude if the sim owner allows it. But a sim owner can not override the tos on what can be viewed from the public, outside of any building. The windows must be covered.

Everyone is having a different opinion or harassing the OP about her being this and that. Just read the LL rules on what is allowed and not allowed in each sim rating and you'll have your answer.

Referencing to real life is irrelevant to this SL matter.
