Actually isn't this post just in the wrong FORUM?   

So the LAND forum under the appropriate rental area (mainland, homestead etc) would be the place to post.  

I have found several rentals there LOL.

I thought that was just for general parcel rental, rather than specifically store rentals or any other specific commercial venture.  Not paid enough attention to that area to know for sure though.

Not sure but I have seen store rentals on there. Actually "I" put a store rental on the "for rents mainland" a couple of years go with no issues.  Maybe a mod will verify one way or the other.  iamyourneighbour (who I rent from) puts store rentals on fairly often as I have gone to check them out a time or two and certainly plenty of house rentals.
