Disappearing Eyes

When I go into Ultra settings on Firestorm, my eyes completely disappear like I don't have them on. I use BoM body and head, but applier eyes. Any idea why this has started happening? I use the Lelutka Evo head.

Things can take longer to Rez on Ultra, I would guess that they just have not rezzed yet.
