How do I stop the pose in Edit Shape

I used to be able to go into edit shape and not go into the default pose.  I prefer that so that i can make sliight changes and no one sees that I am doing that.

I don't know what the setting is to stop that.  Does anyone know what I need to do to stop my avi from going into the default pose when editing shape?

Assuming you're using Firestorm:

(I also have Show Visual Hints unchecked. That removes the images from the Edit Shape window, leaving only the numbers.)
