Any job. Whether in SL or RL. pays you money because you do something that makes more money for your employer. There are lots of things you can do in RL that helps some business make money, and for that they in turn will pay you some of that money. In SL these opportunities are limited. Lots of people don't seem to get this, they seem to think they should be able to do something and have someone pay them for it just because. The best way to make money is to figure out something you can make or some service you can offer that people will pay for.
