how do i solve the crashing issue in second life?

You need to give more details, like what viewer you are using, when the crash happens ie what you were doing at the time of the crash. It can be so many different things that cause crashes and it's not all down to SL issues but could be your computer for example.

Crashes can have many causes. Does it happen on concrete occasions or randomly? What system are you using SL on (Help -> About Second Life)? Did you clear your cache already? Are your hardware drivers up to date?

I found that if 100% of SL crashes can be prevented by not running it in the first place.
