SL will no varifiy my age... now it wont let me go to my rental, I've had for weeks.

Why has SL locked me out of my rental?   When I've been going there for weeks.... Why wont  SL  varify my age.???

Where did you rent the land? Mainland or private estate? Have you payed tier?

Have you tried to make age verification? Are you over 18 years old? Here is more about age veryfication. You may need to make it manually.

Your information must  to be cross-checked against pre-existing databases of public record to verify that you are of legal age.

About your 2nd question now what you mean when you say that SL locked you out of your rental?
