In Search of Animator/Mocap

I am looking for some CUSTOM animations for some new microphone stands I had made for me. 

I would prefer maybe an ao or a hud for it so I can change animations While performing.

I am willing to pay a fair price for these services, however upfront L's is an issue due to being burned in the past.
