Maitreya Petite Mod - problems with editing shape

I get this weird effect when trying to smallify my Maitreya body?  Anyone else seen this/have a solution for this double boobification effect?  Y'all are gurus here.

Make sure you are wearing the Maitreya Body v5.2 with the Petite addon
