Need help figuring out what type of land to get

Me and my bf want to go back to breedables we had access to family property but now for d ourself homeless with all our breedables we were gone for 6yrs, what property should I be looking for that I can have all my breedables without causing problems to other, thanks we breed cats and horses to give an idea

A private region is the way to go.

Regardless if you decide to take it all for yourself or rent a parcel on one that is dedicated for such usage. Anywhere else you might have to deal with  random people reporting your breedable objects to LL.

One far away from me, please.  You could try a full homestead.

If the cats are KittyCats, put them all in the Cattery.  No land resources needed for breeding them there.
