Age Verified but can't go to Moderate

I've age verified but can't go to Moderate place, I only can choose General in my Preferences

How can I fix this?

You don't need to be age verified to visit Moderate areas. General and Moderate are on by default.

Did you come to the main grid via the Teen Grid merger. If so, I believe there may be issues in changing from General to other maturity levels. If so, you'll need to contact Support.

Is there a drop-down menu in ME/preferences/general when you have your viewer open? Mine offers all options in the drop-down menu.

I was able to access all areas immediately after getting verified, but I have heard of this problem before, from someone who claimed to be 16 when they registered and wanted to change their status. Is it possible you used an underage birthdate when you first registered?

I have also heard of verification taking a little while, maybe more than 24 hours. That's about the best I can do; I'm fairly new here too. Hope you find what you need.

Have you turned 18 lately? Then file a support ticket and mention that you turned 18, successfully age verified but still can't access moderate and adult content: https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

You should explicitely mention that age verification itself was successful!
