0 Lindal Kidd Posted August 19, 2020 Posted August 19, 2020 A Skrill or a PayPal account must be "verified"...that is, it has to be backed up by a real life bank account. See Skrill's website for how to accomplish this. You are correct in using Skrill, though. PayPal is not available for people in Turkey.
