Black strands in hair

i have a hair that keeps showing black strands

i looked everywhere and cant seem to find a fix the hair

im using is called F.Q. West Wig Blonde

I tried everything and nothing seems to work

without knowing what you tried...

could you be wearing another hair "underneath"

is it possible the hair was originally tinted black and removing the tint has not worked on some strands? (I have had that happen with hair high in prims...)
