Not able to log in - computer clock is set incorrectly

message states computer clock is set incorrectly and to go to the control panel. But the clock is set correctly and I also internet synced it.

I also don't have a firewall.

I don't see a reply on here. I am using Windowsxp, not an Apple. I tried changing the time and then setting it back. I tried restarting the computer.
