You'd achieve a better picture if you adjusted your Zoom. Ctrl 9 is default, ctrl 0 is zoom in, ctrl 8 is zoom out. Like this one, I turned on DoF, focused my camera on me which makes my avatar the central focus. The rest of the scene is blurred.
