Any Bento Mesh heads with a 'closed off' ear which does NOT respond to shaping and deforming?

I've been demoing a number of heads that almost meet my needs until I find things like this when I try to hide the ears:

A small hole still present, and my bento neko ears are then also pulling it up creating a very large caved in area.

My current head looks like this:

A small amount of cave in, but no hole. Most of my hair choices can cover this.

I'm looking to see if there are any other heads, that might do even better here. Connected to my desire to go for a BOM-Native head (a head without large onion-layers)... but if I can only match one concern, this one outweighs that one as I've been a Neko since 2009 and that is not about to change.

Anything out there?
