Problem with reseting accounts password

I try to reset password of my account, i give my avatar name and recaptcha is done, for some reason the web browser send me to white blank page and nothing is happening

Gravnoje, best to file a Support Ticket, tell Linden what the issue is and they will help you

Already did but waiting for them is like waiting for Christmas, especially when got pending pays

Use your viewer in privacy mode , could be cookies related.

Could be related to browser add-ons / extensions.  Sometimes just using a different browser will fix the problem.
