Well, it says my avatar is 24, which is fine, though in her backstory she was born in the 17th Century.  

I tried 3 RL photos as well.  The one of me at 21 came out as 30, whereas one of me at 50 is supposedly 19.  They did get me at 5 right!

I was able to get this to work by using Chrome. It doesn't like FF.

I checked multiple photos.
