you can't, only the names as shown at the name change page are currently available.
To get a name change you have to be premium, and pay a additional fee for the name change.

And as the name "milo" is already used as old Legacy name, it's not likely it comes back as new combination "de Milo".

@Alwin Alcott Oh wow, thanks for saying that. I'd been wanting to correct my dead name for sixteen years, eight of them quite earnestly. I'm really glad a path forward has been provided.
