process credit question

i'm new.  i have added credit card information to my account.  i have completed the additional information requested for Processing Credit.  but now i get a message that states that i do not have sufficient funds to process credit, but i have $10,000 L in my account.

 

can someone please help or advise me, please.  sending me an instant message would be better since i'm new to using these blogs.

you can't proces credit in form of L$ , you have to sell those first.
you can find nearly all financial answers in the billing section of the knowledgebase
