I can't teleport to any moderate places

I'm trying to make age verify but I've try it many times with ID Card, Passport,... but it still failed. 

I've try to change my preferences too but I can't, I only can set General

Please Help!

Having payment info on file will let you change your preferences.

I have the same problem. I added paypal but can still only see general and mature...

Hey Kenji, even though you have added Paypal, you may need to purchase some Linden dollars. They are relatively inexpensive and very useful. Get a few and see if you can't go to me, preferences, general and change your options.

If you are under 18 you are restricted to General /PG. If you have turned 18, contact support to get your default changed to Mature as the automated system to recognise your age is not in place yet.

 

@Kenji if your profile says either Payment info on file or Payment info used, you have successfully account verified by adding payment info and you should be able to change your rating in preferences.
