No Sounds, Voice Still Works

Recently, for reasons unbeknownst to me, my Firestorm viewer suddenly became deafened to any sound at all, but I can still hear voice chat just fine. SLPlugin.exe is also visible through my volume mixer, and their volumes are fine. I do not have anything muted or disabled. I have tried so much tinkering and a bit of troubleshooting, but I cannot seem to find any answers.

Have you asked someone in the FS Support in-world UG to walk through this with you?
