No, I just checked now, L$ 20k is $82.99 and with $100 you will get L$ 24,100. And with $140 you will get L$ 33,740

Some have to add VAT and other taxes so it could well be more than your figures.

Yes as Lindens are considered game tokens.

Anything that you pay Linden Lab for has VAT or GST applied. This includes:

• Premium account registration (Monthly and Quarterly)
• Purchases from the Land Store
• Land use fees (tier)
• Private Region fees
• Land auctions
• LindeX transaction fees

It depends on your country, currency exchange rates, taxes etc.  I'm not arguing with my bank account statement that said 10k cost me $68.

Oh no, I checked that with the Buy L$ option. $68 in INR is a lot, so I won't be buying any Lindens.
