How do we access the beta grid?

I used to have access,  but now, it tells me the password is wrong, so I've tried all the passwords I've had over the years and none of them work.    So what's the procedure?

File a support ticket on the support page, LL will copy your account to the beta grid and access will be restored.

and submitted, now I await.  knowing when I first did it,  it hung onto the market place login cookie, instead of the secondlife.com and forum login... so submitted it for this account, while on the wrong account lol.

Another thing, if you have changed your password at all, try logging in beta with your old password. This works for me.

already said I tried that,  tried all of them actually.  and no go. so I wait.
