Vendor not loading?

First thing, did you contact the merchant to check if their vendor needs a reset?

wow it's the third time i've  read your reply and just notice the word merchant...does the owner count? [facepalm] cause that who i contacted and still waiting...but i have another favor to ask. i would highly appreciate it if someone could visit [Dark Spot Designs / Raawr, Ocean World (191, 114, 24) - Moderate] and tell me if you see a blank grey out screen that never loads. please and thank you.

By merchant I mean the person who is selling stuff via the vendor.   If they haven't visited the location for a while they might not be aware the vendor isn't working as expected.   also have you checked their marketplace store to see if you can buy it via there?  Does the merchant have any instructions in their profile regarding the best way to contact them ie notecard or IM or a named CSR

I am there.  I am in front of a vendor for "L'il Cougar" which costs $L1,000.  If I right click and choose Pay, it does take a while for the Pay window to fill in with the price, but it does so after a short time.

It is a multi vendor, and when I clicked the chevron to cycle it, it displayed the "Lynx - Natural" avatar.  Or, it tried to.  The whole vendor turned gray, and didn't load, as you experienced.

There is a duplicate vendor next to it.  That one would not cycle to any item except the "L'il Cougar - Husky".

I would not buy from these vendors.  Contact the store owner.  Kittycat Littlepaws, and request help, or offer to pay her directly if she'll send you the item you want in return.

wow...i just accidentally deleted this tab...ok short version. thank you Lindal Kidd, i now know i'm not the only one having this problem. Cindy Evanier, i left them a IM which they have yet to get back to me. they were online the other day so the way i see it. 1) working on a fix 2) don't care 3) having RL issue. = why all website post are over 2 years old. + their twitter and main in world store no longer exist. hopefully  this situation will change for the better. until then. I thank you both for your assistance.
