Yes I know it will never happen but maybe at some point a baron or someone else will decide to downsize and see this post on that day. I am looking for a full Sim or close to a full sim, moderate rating, Blake sailing access to buy(not rent). If something like this becomes available feel free to drop me a notecard (djbeat.magic). I am an end user and not a baron looking to start acquiring land left and right for rentals. I have lived on Blake access land for some time and am familiar with pricing.
