According to the Land Use Fees page, US$67/mo will get a quarter region, 16,384 m², and in addition there's your Premium "bonus" 1024 m², for a total of 17,408 m² before Group bonus. The 10% Group bonus takes that to 19,148.8 m² but land comes in 16 m² quanta, so you could actually own 19136 m² in your group, and have 12 m² left over (to contribute to another group, I guess).

if you donated the tier to the group, the same window will show the available m2 you can buy additionally
