Friends list shows offline on dashboard

I have been seeing my friend list on dashboard as offline for 2 days now, is it just me? whats causing it?

The top of every forum page has a link to the Grid Status:

 

Your Dashboard also shows Grid Status info in the middle of the page - this particular issue was noted there yesterday afternoon:

 

 

Any time you are having any SL issues, it's always a good idea to check Grid Status
