Is it possible to cancel memberhsip just as it's been renewed?

Is it possible to cancel premium membership within a few days of it being renewed? Like if you forgot to cancel it before the date? I get that you couldn't a few months in, but what about right after renewal date? I can't find any info on the site about this.
