parcels for sale Buying a Parcel question

Hello everyone!

I have been looking at some of the posts under Parcels for Sale and I was wondering how it works.  Do you just pay for the parcel and that's it or are there additional fees, etc?

You purchase the parcel and then depending on the size there is a cost. Here is a link to help you . The benefit to purchasing is the ability to resell it when you want.
