Did you consider contacting those already in the staff group? I know that there is at least one host that was not contacted to ask if they want to come back to work.

i didnt know that so how would i know

Since you keep advertising TMR, it would be reasonable to assume that you are staff too.

And since you keep trying to recruit more staff, surely you must be staff too and have access to the staff list.

So go down the list in the staff group and ask those in the list FIRST before so rudely trying to replace them when you don't even know if they want to get back to work.
