Login failure again

Hello!

This is now the third time within a month that I get this message here, when I am trying to login. Not to mention the usual daily issues (and I am not the only one complaining)
and surprises SL keeps in hold. Thank you for noticing, checking and hopefully solving soon.

i am having the same issues right now , is a good 30 minutes this is happening and plus if i try to log in in the sl site right now it says the site it making too much time to respond , any way for fix this or is just second life servers beign crap ?

i do was talking with a friend that actually is logging in on firestorm without any issue while i do tried to re install it already ,restart the pc and also the modem but yet neither the game and the sites are working

 

at this point the situation is starting to be frustating

Same for me since 4 hours now.

I can't acess nor the site nor the viewer.

P.S.: everything else is working perfectly! just the SL viewer and the site are giving issues.

it's your connection most likely( not yours personal but region) , no problems at all here. What are the ping times?
re install viewers is rarely a solution for troubles, unless it's specificly viewer related.

For a while, maybe a half hour ago, the secondlife.com site wouldn't load for me --500 Internal server error, seemingly after authentication -- then I tried with my alt and it worked, then I tried again with my main and it worked, too. Something is (or at least was) flakey.

Same problem for me, for hours now. Can't log into the website or in my viewer.

I've asked a few friends accross my country (France) to try to access the log in form on the website and they're having the same problem. Also, if I use a VPN (I've tried a few random countries), I'm able to connect just fine. Without it of course, the problem is still there. 

(Also, sorry for the english mistakes)

It seems to be a region related issue. I'm having the same issue, for hours now (from Europe), and it seems I can't access neither to the website nor into the viewer (be it Firestorm or SL viewer). Have a friend from Australia who had the same issue as well, while others from the US, could log in without problems.

Was gonna open a ticket, since in the grid status it seems everything is working fine, but, being unable to open anything SL related except for the forums, gives me little options to choose from.

I guess at this point the last thing to do is to wait and see.

I've just logged in successfully from the UK.

The region I logged into was Second Life Server 2020-08-17T21:59:51.547110, which I believe is the main channel.

Just tried myself, still nothing. Tried also connecting to that region, but was unsuccessful.

I'll be back waiting, although, I would like to ask to anyone who's able to log on the website, if he/she could report the issue to the LL, given that those affected by the problem like myself, might not be able to open a ticket.

there are several reports send, don't worry. But it's not very likely a LL side issue, or they would have jumped on it already.

Too late - sorry LL! After 300 attempts to solve the stupid ReCaptcha, I finally managed to submit a ticket. Only just got back to the Forums. Never mind.

it seems to be some kind of login servers issue. I was unable to login, then downloaded a VPN program and after that now i'm able to login again:

Quick update.

Seems like the issue has been resolved, (not sure if it's for all or not), but managed to log in without too many hiccups.
