Setting prim allowances for parcels in About Land window

Hi.

I'm the estate manager of a region and need some information to convey to the region owner.  I need to know how to set prim allowances in the About Land window when I make individual parcels for rent.  Is there anywhere I can look that up?  I couldn't find anything to help me in the SL Wiki.

 the size of the land makes the allowed LI/prims.  If however all parcels are by one onwer or group, all prims will be available at any of the parcels, limits don't matter in that case. You can use rental tools to set other allowances, but still won't change the info shown on the about land. If the land is sold to the renter(without real privat region ownership), the parcel limit wil be his.
