WANTED-MARKETING MANAGER FOR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL ESTATE

I own two sims:  one commercial and one residential.  I am looking for someone who can manage the marketing needs of these sims by creating and implementing sim events, advertising, assisting residents and merchantsquirements are as follows:

*MUST BE ONLINE DAILY

*MUST BE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OLD IN SL (FROM REZ-DATE)

*MUST BE PROACTIVE AND ABLE TO WORK WITH LITTLE TO NO SUPERVISION

*MUST BE CREATIVE

*MUST BE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS

*MUST HAVE SOME MEANS OF COMMUNICATION OUTSIDE OF SL
