Unique Tones per Agent IM

I've been thinking about how I might implement the ability to configure a unique tone/sound to be play when an IM from a particular agent arrives... like unique ringtones per caller number on mobile phone. I use Firestorm and it does not have this feature. Do any other viewers? Would it be possible to write a script to play a sound when an IM from an identified agent arrives?

LSL cannot detect the arrival of an IM or anything about them.

Firestorm does have Keyword Alerts, which you could use to trigger a (non-unique) sound when names you specify appear in IMs.

Thanks. Keyword alerts provide a solution for at least one particular agent... this is good for now...
