account reactivation

Hello, can someone suggest me who I can reactivate my account? I mean, I submitted 2 tickets some days ago, and I still haven't received any mail from LL.

one ticket is sufficient, and a bucket of patience, support is busy it can take a few days more since a while.

there's no mark in the line of waiting where to see what time it takes. Be patient.
When it's busy, as said some time ago, the most urgent matters go first, but the others won't be forgotten.

With covid happening, it's not going to be instant.  so it could be a couple days before the ticket is processed.
