Just got one of the new lindens homes. is there a way to change the style of the home or do i have to abandon first they look for another again?If yes, how?

Each style has four or five different models.  For the Victorian homes, for instance, there are several Victorian homes.  You can change them by clicking on the controller on your parcel.  For the Victorian homes, the controller is the mailbox.

You cannot use this method to change the STYLE of the home.  If you want a Log Home instead of a Victorian Home, you'll have to Abandon your current home, then start haunting the Linden Home sign-up page until you see that a Log Home is available...then grab it quick.
