Then I have checked for some solutions and try to figure out what to do, also asked some in game friends. And we did the clean install thing deleted all settings and cache then installed the Firestorm again. This time the game loaded and says something about region media that would need bandwith etc. like the regular but when she clicks on screen it to allow or deny Firestorm crushes again. Need some real help here its something about the Firestorm files I am sure of it but I am windows guy and cant help too much. Hope @Anastasia Horngold will see this. Cindy Evanier
It would be much better if your friend posted here and went to Help - About on the log in screen and pasted all the info here. This is actually a forum for the second life viewer, has she tried downloading and using that?

Yes you are right but I only wanted to help because I also follow up the steps and tell her what and how to do. I can make her to upload screenshots and etc. if its needed and if someone has any idea about the issue. I also understand this forum is for Second Life viewer but saw other viewer discussions aswell.

Odaks
@Cindy Evanier has already asked, but it really would be helpful if you could copy/paste all the information from Firestorm's Help → About Firestorm page. Provided Firestorm will load as far as the logging-in page, you can get this from the top bar menus before you log in. If you can get logged in, get that information then - it will show a bit more (very helpful) data than it does before you log in. Paste that entire page in a post here. Its not clear if Firestorm crashes as soon as the logging-in screen appears, or if it crashes during the attempt to actually log in Edited June 16, 2020 by Odaks Afterthought
animats
When you're getting crashes no one else is getting, I often suggest running the UE4 benchmark/demo, "The Valley". This is a 2013 benchmark for Unreal Engine 4, and exercises the CPU and GPU very hard. It's also a graphics demo; there's a nice valley, with trees, mountains, and rocks you can explore. Or you can just let it run and it give you a tour of the valley. It's not a game; nothing ever happens. If you can run The Valley for half an hour unattended, your hardware is probably OK. If it crashes, it's time for repairs. (There are later UE4 demos, but they require more GPU features than SL does. The Valley is a good match to what SL needs from a GPU.)
Thronduin
So after installing the old version and curshed again we tried to re-install the latest version and there is no problem now. But really no idea what happened and how we fixed it. I am afraid it might be happening again.

They use a very old chipset which falsely reports it is something more recent. They can work OK for a lot of ordinary things: web browser, video, and such. Even games can work for a while. But sooner or later the graphics driver uses code that CANNOT run on the old chipset that is there. One big clue is that nVidia stopped providing VGA output on 9xx cards and later. It can be done, with extra hardware, and it's possible that some specialised cards might have been built with that, but I have never seen one, and they're not likely to be cheap. Some of these fakes can have adequate performance, I used a genuine nVidia 750 for years. The fakes use the older Fermi microarchitecture, the 750 uses Maxwell, and the benchmark differences are tolerable. But there are things that just don't work. Part of the improvements in later chipsets are reducing power for the same performance. Since we have no system details to go on, this is all guess work. But the run OK and then crash pattern would fit.

Tell your friend to open firestorm, do not log in and go to Help → About Firestorm and paste all the information here. It might help people diagnose the problem rather than just it's crashing.
